Warranty FAQ
What exactly does the warranty cover?
Both the labour on any repair or installation we carry out, and the parts we supply as part of that job — motors, springs, cables, rollers and related hardware. If something we fitted fails or a repair doesn't hold, we come back and put it right.
How long does the warranty last?
Coverage length can vary a little depending on the specific job and parts involved — your technician will confirm the exact warranty period for your job on the invoice at the time of service.
Does the warranty cover pre-existing parts we didn't install?
The warranty covers the workmanship and parts involved in the job we performed. Unrelated existing components that weren't part of that repair or install aren't covered — we'll always flag if we notice something separate that looks like it needs attention.
What if the fault turns out to be something else?
We'll be upfront with you. If it's unrelated to our original work — for example, accidental damage or a separate part failing — we'll explain what's going on and quote fairly for any additional work, rather than assuming it's covered.
Is there a call-out fee for a warranty visit?
No — if the issue is covered under warranty, there's no charge for the visit or the fix.
If we fitted it and it's playing up, we'll sort it.
