Full-service garage door care
From a snapped cable to a full motor upgrade — one local team handles it, with every job backed by our workmanship and parts warranty.
Garage Door Repairs
A garage door that's stuck, noisy, off-track, or refusing to open is more than an inconvenience — it's a security gap and a safety risk. We diagnose the actual fault first, rather than guessing, so you're not paying to replace parts that were never the problem.
Most call-outs are same-day where possible, and every repair is explained in plain terms before we start — no jargon, no surprise charges.
- Door won't open, close, or reverses unexpectedly
- Grinding, banging, or squeaking during operation
- Door sitting crooked or off its tracks
- Remote or wall button not responding
Motor Installations & Upgrades
Old motors get slow, loud, and unreliable — and if yours predates modern safety sensors, it may not meet current safety standards. We supply and install quality motors sized correctly for your door's weight and size, not a one-size-fits-all unit.
Want to control your door from your phone, or add a keypad for the kids? We fit smart automation and accessories on new installs and most existing setups.
- New motor installs, sized to your door
- Replacing old, noisy, or unreliable motors
- Smart phone control & keypad add-ons
- Safety sensor checks and upgrades
Broken Springs & Cables
Garage door springs hold an enormous amount of tension — enough to cause serious injury if they fail while someone's nearby, or if an untrained hand tries to replace them. This isn't a job for a weekend DIY attempt.
We replace snapped springs and frayed cables with correctly rated parts, and check the rest of the hardware — rollers, brackets, hinges — while we're in there, since a spring rarely fails in isolation.
- Door feels heavy or won't stay open
- Visible gap or snap in the spring
- Frayed or loose cables at the sides
- A loud bang followed by the door not moving
Servicing & Maintenance
Most garage door failures don't happen out of nowhere — worn rollers, loose hardware, or a slightly misaligned track usually give warning signs first. A regular service catches those signs before they turn into a Saturday-night breakdown.
A typical service includes lubrication of moving parts, a hardware tightness check, track alignment, balance testing, and a safety sensor check.
- Lubrication of rollers, hinges & tracks
- Hardware and bolt tightness check
- Door balance & safety sensor testing
- Early wear identified before it becomes a breakdown
All Door Types
Whatever style is on your house, chances are we've worked on one just like it — from older tilt panels to modern sectional and roller doors.
- Sectional doors — panelled doors that lift in horizontal sections along a track
- Roller doors — compact doors that coil up into a barrel above the opening
- Tilt doors — single solid panels that swing up and back as one piece
